• Avoid overfilling bags, over-wearing shoes/hats, or exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, sanitisers).
• Gently wipe dust with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after use.
• We recommend checking the care label for washing and drying instructions and consulting a professional for deep cleaning or repairs.
• For apparel: Hang on padded hangers; for shoes: Use shoe trees; for bags/hats: Stuff lightly with acid-free tissue to retain shape.
• Rotate usage to allow pieces to rest and recover.

When you place and order

Monday – Friday before noon: your item(s) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
Friday afternoon – Sunday: your item(s) will be dispatched the next 1-2 business days.

Domestic Delivery Times

Australia Metro areas: 2-7 business from dispatch.
Regional areas: Up to 7 business days
International (US): 3-10 business days
International (Other regions) Up to 10 business days. Depending on the destination, local taxes and duties may apply upon delivery.

• Depending on your location, couriers may include DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or DPD.
• Signature required for orders over $800.
• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
• If delivery is significantly delayed beyond estimates without notice, please contact customer care.

Free express delivery on orders over $800. All other orders with $39. Easy returns within 14 days (a return handling fee will apply).

Duties and Taxes

For deliveries to Australia, the United States and many other select markets, we include duties and taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay—no additional fees on arrival.

For other locations, import duties/taxes may apply upon delivery; these will be notified at checkout where possible.

Delivery to US (where available) 

US customers ordering from international suppliers may need to provide IRS, EIN, or SSN for customs clearance (you'll have time to submit before any return).
