Are your products authentic?
Yes, all the products we sell are authentic and brand new. We exclusively partner with authorised and verified local and international brands and boutiques, the exact same supply chain that supplies the world’s finest boutiques.
Do handbags come with branded boxes or official brand packaging
Handbag packaging varies depending on where you purchase. Here's what to generally expect:
Designer-branded boxes are typically not included with handbags purchased through multi-brand luxury retailers. These boxes are more commonly reserved for smaller leather goods and accessories.
Dust bags are included with all handbags and will carry the designer's branding.
Brand tags, care cards and any additional packaging are included as provided by the brand.
Does my item come with an authenticity card?
No, and neither do items purchased from other online retailers. Authenticity cards are not standard practice in online retail. What's often referred to as an "authenticity card" is not a certificate of authenticity; it's simply a care card provided by the brand.
All items are brand new. Your assurance instead comes from where your item is sourced: directly from authorised brand partners and verified boutiques across Europe.
How do you ensure the condition of the items?
Every piece is quality-checked at our European consolidation hub.
Is Mark Foy’s the same store that closed in 1983?
Yes — this is a direct family revival of the original Mark Foy’s in Sydney, proudly brought back by the great-grandson of the founding family. The name and legacy trace back to brothers Francis and Mark Foy, who opened their first drapery in 1885.
Through generations, the family — including Hugh Victor Foy, who served as managing director during key decades of growth and glamour — built an iconic reputation for bringing European luxury to Australia. This included landmark moments like hosting Pierre Balmain, Elsa Schiaparelli, and, in 1951, the first to preview the New Look Dior show outside Paris — a historic honour that drew gasps from Sydney society in the grand Piazza.
Today, more than 140 years after the family first opened its doors, we’ve reimagined Mark Foy’s for the digital age. The marble halls may be gone, but the family name and the obsession with European luxury live on.
