Return & Refund Policy
At Mark Foy’s, we curate authentic luxury with the same care that once defined Sydney's grand Piazza. We want every piece to feel perfect for you. If it doesn't, we're here to make it right.
Change-of-Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date you receive your order for most items. This allows you to return unworn, unused pieces in pristine condition. We accept returns for change of mind, subject to the terms below.
To initiate a return:

Email us at customercare@mark-foys.com with your order number, items to return, and reason

Our team will review and approve (usually within 1–2 business days), then send instructions including a prepaid return label for Australian addresses (via DHL or similar) or international guidance.
Once approved:

Return items in original, unused, sellable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags, security seals, packaging, accessories like dust bags/boxes/garment covers attached).

Footwear and accessories must include undamaged original boxes (not used as outer shipping packaging).

Use the provided label and return documentation only.

Only one return request per order is permitted.
Fees & Refunds

A return fee of AUD 30 per item applies for change-of-mind returns.

For orders exceeding AUD 1,000, an additional AUD 95 customs processing fee applies.

Original shipping fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once items are received and inspected (typically within 5–10 business days). Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. PayPal refunds return to the original account.
Important Conditions:

Items not meeting these standards (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags, damaged packaging) will not be accepted — we may return them to you at your cost.

We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant or unauthorised returns.

We are not responsible for returns using non-provided labels or lost in transit.
Exchanges
We encourage exchanges (size, color, or style swaps) over refunds — availability permitting. Email customercare@mark-foys.com to arrange this.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected at our European consolidation hub (typically within 5 – 10 business days):

To the original payment method (credit card: ~10 business days to appear; PayPal: to original account).

In the original currency (AUD where applicable); exchange rate differences are not reimbursed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is at your cost (deducted if not prepaid); free for faulty items under consumer guarantees.

For Australian orders: GST included in refund where applicable.

Refused deliveries: Shipping/return costs not refunded.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) – Consumer Guarantees
In addition to our voluntary policy, you have automatic consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, a full refund will be provided, including any applicable shipping costs.

These rights apply regardless of our policy, sale status, or time since purchase (no strict time limit).

Proof of purchase (order email/confirmation) is required.

If confirmed faulty, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Contact customercare@mark-foys.com immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item and we'll assess and resolve promptly.
Additional Notes

Hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) and marked final-sale pieces are non-returnable except for faults under ACL.
