Since 1885, Mark Foy's has been Sydney's gateway to the world's most celebrated designers, importing the finest from Europe while proudly creating their own exquisite collections, from couture garments to signature accessories, right here in Australia.

Since 1885, Mark Foy's has been Sydney's love letter to fashion—importing Paris and Milan's finest while championing their own. It showed the first 'New Dior Look' outside France and turned Pitt Street into a runway with French mannequin parades. The marble halls are gone, but the magic lives on in your pocket.

From the original Piazza store in Sydney, where early Dior glamour and French haute couture first captivated Australian audiences in the 1940s–1950s, to today's digital boutique, we have always believed that true luxury should feel personal, effortless, and a little bit magical.

Mark Foy's is the digital revival of Sydney's legendary department store, reimagined. European designer pieces at the best prices – without the endless waitlists. We exclusively partner with authorised and verified local and international brands and boutiques – we bring you access to top collections of designer brands, their seasonal bests, unmissable pieces and limited releases, delivered to your door in days.

We're re-imagining the Mark Foy's that once filled Sydney's streets with French Mannequin Parades and breathless crowds. Only now, we've traded the grand marble halls for a sleek, personal boutique that fits in the palm of your hand. Here, heritage meets the future: emerging Australian designers will sit alongside Paris and Milan's finest and every piece is chosen because it makes you feel like the most elevated version of yourself.

This isn't just shopping.
It's rediscovering the joy of luxury; curated, authentic and finally within reach.

A Luxury Shopping Experience since 1885.

1885

Two brothers, Francis and Mark Foy, open a modest drapery on Sydney's Oxford Street. In tribute to their father, they name it Mark Foy's, and quietly began a love affair between Australia and European elegance.

1885 – 1908

From one shop to a city landmark. They import the finest silks and fashions from Paris and London while proudly making their own couture gowns, tailoring, and accessories right here in Sydney.

1908

The Piazza is born; a breathtaking six-storey palace on Liverpool Street, spanning the block bordered by Castlereagh, Elizabeth and Goulburn Streets, and inspired by the grand department stores of Paris. Australasia’s first escalator. A restaurant. A post office. Shopping becomes theatre.

1920s 1960s

Mark Foy's weave their own fabrics at the Target Woollen Mills, launch legendary biannual “Foy's Fairs” that draw breathless crowds and send beautifully illustrated catalogues to every corner of the country.

1940s – 1950s

Sydney's golden age of glamour. Mark Foy's hosts Balmain, Elsa Schiaparelli, and the first Christian Dior look shown outside Paris. French Mannequin Parades stop traffic. Elizabeth Tweedie Foy, our in-house couturière, blends Parisian chic with Australian sunlight.

1983

The Piazza closes its doors. The marble halls fall silent, but the name, and the dream, never fades.

Today Mark Foy's returns, reborn as a digital boutique. The same obsessive curation, the same European masterpieces (and the exquisite pieces we still create ourselves), now delivered to your door in days.

Designer pieces and the best prices; no endless waitlists required. Just the joy of real luxury, finally within reach. Heritage isn't something we talk about. It's something we live, every collection, every perfectly chosen piece.

Welcome to our home.
