Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Details
This promotion ("Promotion") is conducted by Mark Foy's Department Store PTY Ltd.
Entry period: Entries open 8 August 2026 and close 12 September 2026 ("Entry Period"). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Entry Period at its discretion, with any extension to be published on @markfoysofficial.
Draw date: 14 September.
This is a game of chance, not skill. No purchase necessary to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Entry Period:
Follow @markfoysofficial on Instagram or TikTok;
Like the designated giveaway post;
Share the designated giveaway post to their Story; and
Tag 3 friends in the comments of the designated giveaway post.
Each entrant may only enter once, regardless of whether they complete the entry steps on Instagram, TikTok, or both platforms. Multiple entries from the same person, however submitted, will be treated as a single entry.
Tagging a friend in the comments does not enter that friend into the Promotion, only the person who completes all entry steps is an entrant.
Entries that cannot be verified (e.g. because a Story has been removed) may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.
By entering, entrants grant the Promoter permission to view, screenshot and repost their entry content (including tagged Stories and comments) for purposes related to administering and promoting this competition.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
Employees of Mark Foy's and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process.
4. Prizes

3rd Prize 1x Mark Foy's Gift Voucher $500 AUD
Total prize pool value: $2,690 AUD.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item, in whole or in part.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
There will be 3 winners, drawn by random selection from all valid entries on the draw date specified above.
The draw will be conducted using a random number generator.
Each winner will be notified via Instagram or TikTok direct message (on the platform they entered through) within 48 hours of the draw.
Winners must respond to the notification DM and provide the requested verification details within 7 days of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within this time, or cannot be verified as eligible, that prize may be forfeited and redrawn using the same method, at the Promoter's discretion.
Winners' names (first name and last initial) will be published on @markfoysofficial within 7 days of the draw.
6. General Conditions
The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of entrants and to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion, or these Terms and Conditions, where required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any written directions from a relevant state or territory regulator.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Jacquemus, Instagram or TikTok. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not to Jacquemus, Instagram or TikTok.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants (including name and social media handle) will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this Promotion, including contacting and verifying winners, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Mark Foy's Privacy Policy. Entrant information will not be used for any other purpose without consent, and will not be shared with third parties except as required to conduct the Promotion.
8. Governing Law
This Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
