Step 1 — Confirm your return is eligible
All conditions below must be met. If any box cannot be checked, your return will not be accepted.
Step 2 — Find your order
Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Step 3 — Choose the item(s) you wish to return
Which items would you like to return? Select them below, choose a quantity, and let us know why.
Step 4 — Upload photos
Please upload at least one photo of each item as received, clearly showing the condition, return tag, and any original packaging such as care cards or brand boxes. JPEG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 10 MB each.
Step 5 — Refund total
For change of mind returns, we charge a handling fee.
Refund Policy.
For change of mind returns (including wrong size or colour), a $30 per item return fee applies. Orders over $1,000 incur an additional $95 customs processing fee. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. In addition to the refund policy, consumer guarantees apply.
